Regarding Masters European Auto: After recent poor experiences at my Audi dealer locally, I hesitantly took friends/family recommendation to Masters. I only wish now I had avoided the dealership years ago. Not only was the service prompt, professional and considerate but also communicative and collaborative. Specifically, after discussing the most appropriate and cost efficient options with me, Masters coordinated within hours (minutes more likely!) with my preferred local tire dealer. Therefore, my entire 'package' was completed seemlessly and efficiently. Importantly also for busy professionals, Keith at Masters asked whether text, e-mail or phone would be the best means to discuss issues (in fact he was adept at picking the perfect manner in combination of the listed methods). Finally, even the e-mails I sent from the canned web general inbox were answered immediately - an experience I am not sure i have had in any service context. I only wish Masters was also a general contractor, phone company, health care operator - or could teach those type companies how customer service and good work is done!
